Solar power, other renewable energy sources, and energy efficiency will be the topics of expert speakers at the Alabama Environmental Council’s fourth annual POWER-UP! Energy Forum to be held Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016 at Birmingham-Southern College.
The 2016 draft agenda includes the following topics:
- Setting the stage: producing and consuming electricity in a carbon-constrained future
- View from customers – solar and efficiency choice and property rights
- View from the professionals – large and small consumers
- Role of Regulation
